ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Every parent hopes their child will grow up confident, resilient, and able to face the world with courage. Yet many parents today quietly worry that their children hesitate to try new things, avoid challenges, or depend heavily on adult guidance.
Why does this happen? And more importantly, how do children actually develop courage from within?
In this special workshop, internationally experienced movement educator Mr Lee Yeong Wen invites parents to explore a deeper perspective on how confidence and independence develop during childhood. Drawing from more than three decades of teaching dance and movement across schools, communities, and international programs, Yeong Wen will share insights that challenge some of the common assumptions adults hold about children’s development today.
Through simple guided experiences and discussion, parents will gain a fresh lens on how children grow in confidence, and how subtle changes in the way adults observe, guide, and support…
