Annual Blood Donation Drive 2022

We would like to invite you to be a blood donor at Greentree Montessori’s Annual Blood Donation Drive this year!

In the previous years, children would accompany their parents who are blood donors into the blood bank. They would see how blood is donated and would give their support.

This year however, as part of the Blood Bank’s Covid-19 safety measures, only 5 donors will be allowed into the Blood Bank at every interval of 30 mins. They have also restricted access for non-donors.

Instead of waiting in the Blood Bank, we (teachers and your child) will be waiting outside the Blood Bank for you to complete your blood donation and to give our support!

As your child can no longer see the blood donation process in person, we will use visual aids and stories in school to introduce the process to your child on the days leading up to the donation drive, as well as while waiting for you outside the blood bank should you be eligible to donate blood.

Do note that we can only have 5 donors at each time slot. If the timing you have selected is no longer available, our teachers will get in touch with you.
