            international organization founded by the

            Chinese Montessorians around the world.

The American Montessori Society is the collective voice of over twelve thousand members committed to the Montessori Method. Activities include teacher training, conferences and studies.
The Association Montessori Internationale was founded in 1929 by Dr. Maria Montessori. Activities include teacher training, conferences, and overseeing the publication of her works.
The Australian Institute of Montessori Studies - provided in cooperation with the Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia.
 
The Australian Montessori Society, Inc is a non-profit organisation whose prime focus is directed towards Montessori education, development and training in Australia.
Canadian Association of Montessori Teachers exists to provide the opportunity for continuous in-depth study of Montessori as a means to better ensure the propagation, maintenance and furthering of the rights of the child in society.
Canadian Montessori Academy (CMA) is a member of the American Montessori Society (AMS) and is governed by the Education Act of Ontario, which is administered by the Ontario Ministry of Education. CMA was founded by Ayna A. Cader, one of Maria Montessori's original students, and has been in operation since 1980.
The Cincinnati Montessori Society (CMS) was founded in 1963 as a non-profit organization by parents who inaugurated the first Montessort preschool in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. The first goals were to establish more Montessori classrooms and a teacher training program in Cincinnati. After these goals were met, CMS changed its focus to supporting services for teachers and schools.
The College of Modern Montessori, an internationally accredited centre for the training of Montessori teachers, is based on five tranquil acres on the outskirts of Africa's richest and fastest growing city, Johannesburg. This training centre has international influence and is recognised as one of the best Montessori teacher training institutes in the world.
The Council for Global Education is an international non-profit educational institution dedicated to promoting the development of the whole child. The largest private school on the planet is based on Montessori's teachings.
The Institute of Advanced Montessori Studies was founded in 1980 to help address the extreme shortage of certified Montessori teachers, and to share the unique insights of two of Dr. Maria Montessori's closest collaborators, Dr. Claude Claremont and his wife, Francesca.
The International Montessori Society was founded in 1979 to support the effective application of Montessori principles throughout the world. The Society provides a broad range of programs, services and support for Montessori educators.
The New South Wales Montessori Association is a non-profit organisation formed in 1979 to provide a forum for member schools to come together as a community and to organise and provide services for its members.
 
The North American Montessori Teachers Association was founded in 1970 as an organization of Montessori teachers, administrators, and interested parents throughout North America. Its purpose is to maintain Montessori traditions while exploring the cutting edge of innovative education.

The MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education) Commission is an autonomous, international, nonprofit postsecondary accrediting agency for Montessori teacher education programs. The Commission accredits (1) independent postsecondary educational institutions which offer courses of Montessori teacher education; and (2) programs offering courses which are located within institutions already accredited by another recognized agency.
 
Modern Montessori Training Centre in association with the Modern Montessori International Ltd London, offers the Diploma in Montessori Method of Education. The Diploma is internationally recognised.
The Montessori Centre International provides various commercial services in the UK including publications, equipment, training, and school listings.
 
The Montessori Foundation is dedicated to the advancement of Montessori education in the United States and abroad, established in 1992 to create an independent source of assistance, encouragement, and support for the international Montessori community.
