1. Individualized Tours
   Call and make an appointment for an individualized tour of Greentree. The best times are before or after any class session. Tours are given primarily on Saturday's. Tours run approximately 30 to 45 minutes long.
   
   
2. Paperwork
   Complete and return paperwork to the school office.
   
   
3. Orientation
   Two orientation sessions will be scheduled to both parent and child to familiar themselves to the classroom, as well as the routine, practices and teachers. They will spend one hour at Greentree.
   
   
4. Appointment with the Directress
   Make an appointment with the directress to ask any final questions. Appointments usually last 1 hour and are best set between 1.30 and 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
   
   
5. Acceptance
   Families are notified within a week of acceptance.  A tuition deposit is due within 10 days of being notified of acceptance in the school. This deposit confirms your child's place and is non-refundable.

* If there are factors which would result in a child not being accepted, these will be communicated to the parent. Our staff are not trained to deal with severe learning or emotional disorders. We can provide individualized instruction to meet the developmental needs of most children.

Criteria for Acceptance of New Students

• The student's readiness and willingness to learn.
• The parent's understanding and acceptance of our basic goals.
• The student being the proper age.
• The student being of the gender needed for class balance.
